I understand that my cookies will not be perfect replicas and creative freedom with designs is required. I also understand that colors may vary (FBM will do their best to match as close as possible).

I understand that custom orders are non-refundable and I am responsible for order payment if order is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice; and I am responsible for a retainer fee with any cancellation.
