Design acknowledgment: I understand that my custom treats will not be exact replicas of any inspiration images provided. Creative freedom is required in the decorating process. I also understand that colors may vary, and while every effort will be made to color match as closely as possible, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation I understand that all custom orders are non-refundable. If I cancel less than 2 weeks before my event date, I am responsible for the full payment of my order. For any other cancellation, I understand that my retainer fee (deposit) is non-refundable.
